Executive man copied his assistant into our private emails to schedule us- is that normal or weird?

I’ve been emailing with a man that is very successful who I met at a conference, when suddenly he cc’d his assistant at WORK to re-schedule our meet up. Does that mean he’s not interested or is he just trying to find a good time? Confused. I was taken back when I saw his next message that had a third party and said she will help us. He apologized for needing to reschedule our meet up and said his assistant would help.

lol - I don’t think you read what I wrote. I never suggested anything. We met and then he pushed the conversation along. He’s asked me to meet. It was just that suddenly he included an assistant for scheduling and I wasn’t sure of the intention. Not sure why you think I’m the one day dreaming about him.

lol ok- I don’t think you are reading what I wrote. I didn’t ask him to date/ meet/ nothing. He asked me to meet and asked me what my thoughts were. I was surprised because I’m a lot younger and not an executive so didn’t know what he has to gain from meeting up with little me. I agreed because it’s great for me. He then began suggesting times and I agreed and when he needed to move it his assistant came into our private emails but she’s from his company. He didn’t move us to his work email so that’s the confusion. Also he was suggesting a meet up place outside his work all together. It’s not me that asked him for a single thing.
