How do I get him to kiss me before he moves across the country?

I have a colleague who is very playful and funny and always comes to my desk to talk. He’s complimented me when I get my hair done or look nice but I think he’s just a charming guy in general and he’s a reporter. I see him talking to other female friends at work and he’s just naturally charismatic. Like today he was talking to one of our mutual friends who’s an anchor and I know they’re friends and she’s also in a relationship and she told him “ congratulations dude on your job” and he said thanks. And she was like “tell so and so I say hi when you get to the new job. We used to work together” and he said he didn’t really want to but he would say hi to them for her. My friend says he does come to my desk a lot though. He’s leaving the job and today this was our interaction

Him- *tries to scare me*

Me - *you scared me! Im going to miss you”

Him- “I thought you didn’t like me and weren’t messing with me like that”

Me- “I do like you”

Him - “I appreciate it. You promise when you’re in Charlotte you’ll hit me up? Savannahs not that far from Charlotte. Gotta hit you up. Gotta check your Instagram and see where rachel’s at”.

Me - “I promise. I’m so happy for you. “

Other colleague - “yeah we’re going to miss you being funny on the air”

Him - “yeah I mean being funny works. *looks from the colleague and then to me* I liked this girl in high school and I said ‘all I have to do is make her laugh. She gives an inch and I take a mile”

Does he like me lol? If he does how can I get him to make a move before leaving?
