Guy's Behavior

Did he really like me or just fake interest before ending things? And why did he end it so suddenly?

We had our third date on a Friday. We went to the cinema and afterwards he immediately asked me if I wanna go for a coffee or something else to drink. So we went to a bar, had a deeper conversation than before but he didn't seem to mind. He made sure I got home safely but I thought that was our last date because the goodbye was a little awkward but I guess we both werent sure whether to kiss or not tbh. After he left he texted me saying he would like to hang out at my place (we talked about it before) so my fears of us ending vanished. Especially after he posted a pic he took on our date to his insta story where you could see he was with someone. On Sunday he asked me if we wanna play a game he swore he would never buy but bought for me. So we called for 3h & he asked me if meeting up 3 times a week would be too much for me and that he just wants to spend time with me. On Monday we had a normal chat but he seemed a little off but I thought maybe he's just tired. On Tuesday I told him my free days for meeting up, he only said “good to know”. He sent one reel on Insta on Wednesday but ignored my reply. On Friday i texted him asking how he’s doing and he said something happened and he will be busy for a while. It drove me nuts so I decided to call him on Wednesday the next week. We talked, he said something in his family happened but that he also neglected a lot of things because of dating and he has to catch up now and he will text me the next week. A day or two later he hid his instagram story from me. Then on Monday he ended things saying he’s not in the right space for dating rn. I wished him well, 30 min later he removed me everywhere. Then on Friday the same week he suddenly blocked me on Whatsapp. I was so confused because I didn't bother him at all. Then I found him on hinge later that night and thought that mightve been the reason. I’m super confused and started thinking he lied to me about the “not in the right space for dating” thing.
