How to not care if my boyfriend follows bikini girls?

hey everyone,
my boyfriend follows a lot of girls who show their butts on instagram and who are in bikinis. i’ve told him that it bothers me, he will tell ask me who and he will unfollow them but will later follow more. i have asked him if he will continue and he tells me no but i need to stop complaining first. i’m truly mentally exhausted with this relationship and I don't know if it’s going to last much longer. so i’m asking how to not care if he follows bikini girls? i don’t want to care anymore even if we don’t work out, i don’t want to care if another partner does the same thing. please be nice in the comments thank you :)

Change the way you think about it. Maybe instead of thinking of it like he is looking at these women instead of you. Think of it like he is looking at those women because he wants to be looking at you in a bikini. I know thats sounds backwards but men are horny all time. Make the time he is horny for you mean more then any doom scroll... Know they are just bikini girls. You are his women! Its about how worthy he makes you feel. Dont let that idea take away from youe worth.

That said, do not forget the old Italian housewives proverb: It does not matter where your husband gets his appetite as long as he eats at home.
So, generally, do not be too uptight with a guy checking out other women. However, if you nag him about it, you are likely to lose him. However, if it is out of hand then yes it's a problem and he should be dumped.
In this case, I think you should dump him simply because he is an asshole in the way he is interacting with you over this issue.
