Maybe he knows the difference between having friends of the opposite gender and having a girlfriend! Just because he gave a girl his number DOESN'T mean he plans to fuck her!! Women seem to have a tendency to jump to the wrong conclusion based simply on what they see at the moment.
Did you ever see the movie, "Bachelor Party"? Sure, there was a lot of sex, perversion and depravity going on in that movie and as soon as Tom Hank's "fiance" walked into the room at the end and saw what was going on, she immediately assumed he'd been fucking everyone he could!!! In reality, he never fucked ANYBODY in that movie!!
Another example: I was at a rather small party in 1981. I was sitting in the open garage talking with some woman and her boyfriend. We were all having a nice chat when this girl in a short scoter skirt walked up to him from inside the house to ask him a simple, innocent question, something like, what he might want on a pizza as they were getting ready to order some for everyone. As she stood there next to us (and I got to see more oof her ass than he did!) and reached up under the back of her skirt to keep her panties from digging into her thighs, as girls are won't to do from time to time. The guy's girlfriend saw her do that and immediately jumped all over HIM because she assumed that girl was flirting with him by doing that with her panties and it, somehow, made HIM the guilty party when he had NO CONTROL over what that girl did and had no intention of even THINKING about trying to fuck her!!
