If a man catches you watching him at work and he smiles at you and his whole face lights up; after he’s looked at you on a number of occasions, is he usually flirting with you? Or being friendly?

He is probably flirting with you, but since you two work together, he might be hesitant to ask you out because a lot of people won't date someone they work with.

Either way, he seems like he would be a good friend to have.
