My workplace is becoming toxic and unfair, what should I do?

I noticed my other colleague will leave part of an order at the bottom of the box and will just leave it at the side of the room and doesn’t own up to this or tell the higher ups which is annoying because the rest of us will get attitude.

I also feel like I’m quick to get the finger pointed at me for an example last Thursday one of the guys from the office says the order was processed 20 minutes ago that had a mistake but I literally just came back from my lunch break for 5 mins when this was going on and the other packer would come over and tell me I should be careful but how could this be me if I just came back from my lunch break
