he is completely able to support me while im pregnant. but he secretly wants me to work, at least part time while im pregnant up until I too heavy to be able move. does it mean he doesn't actually love me?

he isn't forcing me but I know this is secretly what he wants.

That doesn’t mean he don’t love you. Besides are you planning on quitting work as soon as your pregnant, a few weeks in then you find out you’re pregnant then you quit? I’ve seen a lot of women continue to work while pregnant. Yes every pregnant woman’s situation is different, but I think you’d be able to work for a little while. Maybe a remote job from home. I mean honestly this is something the two of you should have discussed before you got married.
