Why is my ex acting weird by stalking me, restricting me, and avoiding eye contact?

My ex just walked past me, and I just noticed a shadow behind me. Then he walks right beside me, and my dog noticed him and he walks towards him and he notices and stares at him, then I see him and suddenly he panics and go backs and pretends he's on his phone just next to me. Then he walks really fast and I keep looking at him, and he looks down and tries to avoid eye contact.

Then he tried to follow me and unfollow me but just enough so I noticed, then he put me on restrict on phone and WhatsApp? I mean what the hell what does this mean and what is he trying to do?

It is hard to tell. Did you end the relationship, and could he possibly have mixed feelings when he sees you? The follow online thing seems like an obvious attempt to show his interest. I don't understand why he would block or restrict you from his profiles. If I was in his situation, I'd do the opposite. Maybe you have him blocked or restricted in a related app or service. I've heard there are issues with that between Facebook and Messenger.

After I posted this, I noticed someone briefly unrestricted me on messenger. What a weird coincidence.

Block him, avoid him and if he is stalkng you get a restraining order against the jerk
