Why would a guy drag beef and drama for years after a fallout?

It was between a girl. Did that actually mean he liked her and is salty about it or did he hate her guts? He tried getting her attention a lot but also the fallout was sort of rough. Its been 10 years and he still hates me for some reason

Think of it this way... Shakespeare was a dramatist, right? Even if he himself wasn't a drama-monger (which he was), he observed the ridiculous dust and drama guys kick up just for shits and giggles. Hello Hamlet? Macbeth, anyone? Or tf Romeo & Juliet (which is a knock-off remake of very very very old French and Italian plays, hence the setting and names in that particular play).

Guys will say women are dramatic (and some are), but don't think that all women are drama queens and all guys are stoic heroes. As Shakespeare says, "If you prick us, will we not bleed?"... they do.

Probably he's just generally ass hurt about life. He's got the school shooter's "this world has wronged me and must pay" mentality. If he perceives he's been wronged then that's just the world being unfair to him again. One more slight to put in his hate sack and stew about for the rest of his life.
