Was my new work colleague trying to make a move?

I started my new job around 6 weeks ago. there's been a lot of obvious sexual tension between me and the guy whose training me but we are both too shy and awkward to amit it. Other colleagues have picked up on it but everytime we are both asked how we feel about each other we both deny it and he can play very hot and cold with me at times too which i dont like, I don't like guys who play games and try messing with peoples feelings.

One second he's pulling me in the next he's pushing me back 20ft and Im not here for that.

So anyways we were alone in the back of the warehouse and I was struggling trying to coiling cables. I was getting really frustrated and annoyed at myself so he came from behind me really close and wrapped his arms around trying to show me how to do it even holding my hands to show me how to pull them in. It was very hot that day and I was trying my best not to get all red and sweaty. I just went a little shy and started giggling.

No one else was there but the rest of the lads I work with saw it on the cctv and said he was trying fuck. The thing is he's most shy out of all the guys at work and is actually a virgin so I was shocked at his game if he was. he's also extremely tall at 6ft4 and im 5ft so i just can't see him being interested in dating or having sex with someone with such a big hight difference

This could be one of those things where he enjoys flirting with you and all that at work due to the convenience of it but isn’t interested in actually pursuing something. Most likely because you work together, and even if interoffice dating is allowed, some people would just rather avoid that. Mainly because if you two were to try anything “more” and it didn’t work out, then he’s stuck having to navigate around you and vice versa. You may excuse it, like oh he doesn’t care about that, but unless he’s stated as much then I think it’s a fair assumption since it very generally happens to people at work.

Some of us don't do the hot and cold thing on purpose to manipulate the girl. If you both are unsure of each other, those will naturally occur.
