Guys, would you remember a poetic goodbye note to a crush 10 years later?

Hey everyone, just curious about how guys' memories work with old workplace crushes.
If you were in your mid-20s, in a band, and left a really specific, artistic goodbye note to a coworker you had a massive crush on (but couldn't date because she had a boyfriend)—comparing her to high art/a Botticelli painting—would you still remember her 10+ years later?
If she randomly added you on Facebook today out of the blue, what would you think? Would you remember writing it, and would you think it was cool or weird that she reached out?

Personally, I would. I live in a scenario that is very similar. My only question is why it has taken her so very long. Yes, I'd be overjoyed to accept her today. Tomorrow? Who knows.
