What does it mean when a guy friend says my coworker likes me because I’m “attractive”?

I was talking to a guy friend and mentioned a colleague who is interested in me and likes me, but I was surprised when my friend shifted the entire conversation to focus on my physical appearance, completely ignoring my personality.. even though he knows me well and always says I have a lovely, unique personality... Sometimes I just don't understand the way men think! 😄

If he tells one of you friends that he like you because " your beautiful. Her eyes melt me and she has a beautiful heart. Thats real. And he is really paying attention to you. And probably is more than just attracted to you

Thats a lot different than

she's attractive
or good looking
Means he probably finds you sexy

And that's the same as your beautiful but it's a different type of sexy it's a deep beautiful sexy

If you're serious I'll break it down for you how to figure these things out with deductive reasoning and or using critical thinking. I'm being serious if you really can't use your imagination to think of possible reasons why a man might like a woman because they're attractive, let me know, and I'll try to help. You didn't ask why he is only focused on your physical appearance anywhere in the question. You made a statement that he ignored your personality.

Also, at 31 are you really unsure of why some men focused on your appearance and not personality? I believe you're completely aware and smart enough to understand why, and I'm only apologizing repeatedly because, as i type it, I don't want it to come off like i'm being nasty. I just believe you're are capable of figuring this out without being told that some men just focus on physical appearance.

Not all but some men might not be looking for more than sex and maybe he was extra horny that day. It's not hard to figure out that people just get attracted to people because they like the way they look. It's sometimes shallow, sometimes just the first thought that pops in your head, but without asking him you won't know his reason. You know this
