In class when I walked in, he looked at me and raised his eyebrow. After class he approached me to ask personal questions. He also raised his eyebrow in the library. I fancy him so much and I feel such a spark between us. Guys what does it mean when you do this signal?

Eye contact- easily done, no brainer. I already do that. Yeah I need to talk for sure. Don't know about touching as I don't want him thinking, I'm just looking for a sexual encointer lol.
