If a guy quickly raises his eyebrows at you, what does it mean?

I know this seems like a stupid question, but I've been thinking about this recently.

My crush was talking to me and my friend, and decided to take a drink. As he was doing this, I was still looking at him in his eyes, waiting for him to continue. The entire time he drank, he kept his eyes on me. He then did a quick raise of his eyebrows at me.

What's that supposed to mean? Did I weird him out or something? What do guys mean when they raise their eyebrows like that at a girl?
