So there is this guy I have liked for quite some time, it's been two months of is getting to know each other. But after the first two weeks of getting to know him. I told him how I felt, over the course of the time of us getting to know each other . He had been liking my best friend but she is in a relationship. Today we were texting, and he was giving me advice because I was feeling bad about my ex talking to my est friend and my best friend not mentioning it to me. He wrote something poetic , and I just started teasing/making fun of him. He asked me why I was making fun of him and I told him it was because I thought what he said was funny/cute, then he was like "oh I got that" then he sent another text "I'm embarrassed now.." then another text "haha... I'm blushing.. I hate you .." . Is he developing feelings for me? Or I'm over thinking this?

Yeah sorry about the spelling, long story short. We knew each other for two months, the first two weeks of getting to know him I told him I liked him. I was teasing/ making fun of him and he texteback saying that he is blushing. I am wondering if this means anything or I'm just overthinking it
