This guy put his number in my phone.. is he interested?

So last night I was at my friends place. One of the guys whom I've met a few times was looking at my phone, then he opened it and gave it back after a few mins. I looked in it later and he had put his number into my phone. Is this a sure sign he's interested?

not really I have put my number on a guys phone and I am not necessarily interested on a romantic way

maybe friendship or business (work) heheh
