Really extremely short skirts with leggings! Hot or not? Can skirts still b sexy if my legs are covered?

Here's the thing, I don't wear leggings because I want 2, but because I have 2! I'm a pool player so everyday I'm at a pool hall shooting pool, so when I wear short skirts, or short dresses, I hav 2 wear leggings with them! Also I got my first micro mini skirt a few weeks ago! Being a micro mini skirt of course my ass would show if I didn't hav leggings underneathe, and 2 add 2 that I shoot pool in it so I always hav 2 wear leggings with it lol! After getting my first micro mini skirt, I've realized how much I love micro mini skirts and I just wanna get more and more! Also, I found this really extremely short skirt that I want that's even shorter than my micro mini skirt!

I'm just wondering, do you think extremely short skirts worn with leggings are hot or not? I know the point in wearing short skirts is 2 be feminine and sexy by revealing your legs, but that's just not an option because the skirts are just way 2 short, plus I'm a pool player, and you just can't shoot pool in a short skirt without revealing everything cause of all of the stretching and bending over the table, so I just hav 2 wear leggings with all my short skirts and short dresses!

I'm just wondering if skirts can still b stunning, sexy, mouth-watering, jaw-dropping, even with leggings underneathe! Even with the sexy legs covered, can the girl still b sexy, and look sexy with the skirt?
