Polls: Guy's Behavior

Hello all, so there's this guy at my office (I'm new) he's nice and out going

First day he introduced himself and offered some snacks. He was pretty normal than eye contact and everything lol.

Next day I said Good Morning and he ignored me.

Since then I always see him "glancing" at me when passing by he thinks I don't see him and when I turn to look back at he nearly breaks his neck trying to turn away. This is an everyday occurrence.

The other day HE initiated a conversation starting with a compliment the whole time he avoided eye contact even when I was speaking (not even a glance it was weird and low key rude 😂)
It was about something on my computer but he was sitting there behind me talking with his buddies for a good 20 mins and mid convo he starts talking about the thing on my computer so I'm like how long have you been looking at my computer.

I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself I usually ignore his presence which involves not looking in his direction not avoiding his path (so I'm not scurrying around and looking weird, basically acting like nothing weird is going on). Unless he initiates it because I am not rude and even when he does I keep it pretty short.

What do you guys think about this situation?
Maybe he'd like to be friends but is kind of awkward? (Doesn't make sense to me because he's so outgoing)

Maybe I'm giving off some weird vibes which makes him act weird.

P. S. His friends sit by me they barely talk to me I don't know if that sheds more light on the situation

I love it when a guy sits in my lap, then i can wrap my arms around him and cuddle him tightly. 😍
it's so nice, cos i can feel his whole body against mine and smell him.

I'm 5 ft 7". So i go for guys who are only a few inches taller & heavier than me, so i can handle their bodyweight!

there's always 3 random guys that follows me and always look at all my instagram stories
Even if there's a lot.. they would open it all lol

But only one of them messages me and saying im cute/beautiful
And asking about my day
Etc

So guys do you actually ever want to have kid of your own or just accept them as a consequence of having sex? If so what age did you want kids?

I know some ages may be more okay with it but what about adult men? And would they just prefer a nice normal picture?

Is this an American male thing? Most of the time when I’m walking to an entrance/exit the guy will let me go first unless he’s in a rush, sometimes they will be in front of me and sometimes we will be at the same spot, or sometimes they rush in front to hold the door for me. I’ve seen the same with other females too. Is it because y’all are bigger?

Would you act awkward / nervous around a girl you wank over?
Would you avoid eye contact?
Or would you still act normal around her?

If they stare at you a lot, but look away instantly, when you catch them?

If they look away instantly, does that mean they're nervous?

... But maybe he's nervous about me seeing what he posts? Or scared that I'd judge him?

It's weird he deleted my follow request, cos i was getting a few signs that he likes me - he was always checking me out (staring at my entire body & face, & giving me intense eye contact) & seemed nervous.
Sometimes he was really smiley
(but he might just be like that anyway).

~ And when i caught him staring at my face, he looked away immediately!

But maybe i was 'reading' him wrong?

I'm also friends with him on facebook. He sometimes watches my facebook stories.

Does the sex of a child matter as long as the child is healthy?
Would it matter to your family especially if you are the only son?
Would you keep trying if you only made girls?
