This is such a destructive post with absolutely no meaning. So what if 40% of people are overweight? In fact, we should do an even better job of pushing a healthy lifestyle then if the number of overweight people is increasing.

What did I say in my take that was naiive? Please enlighten me. By your logic, we should just give up on overweight people and leave them to their own destruction just because the number of overweight people has increased. On top of that, promoting a healthy lifestyle has helped me and tons of other people in the world. Your ignorance has no place in it.

Promoting a so called healthy lifestyle hasn't done anything which you seem to be unable understand and that's why your take is absolutely nonsense. I have already educated myself on this subject.
Good if it has helped you, but as it is quite obvious it hasn't helped manyone else. You can write as many mytakes as your fingers can support you, yet it will help not even 1% of those fat people out there who are in need of help.
Debating on this is a waste by people like you and if you think you can help, as a 22 year old guy who probably doesn't even have a proper college degree and no real qualifications, you are delusional.
If you had actually taken some time to invest the matter before rambling on it, you'd have found out that there are many many guidelines out there by doctors and nutritionists and experts which are literally useless because they don't fit into people's lives...

You obviously have no clue as how obese people think and feel! Have you actually ever sat down with one and talked about how they feel about their situation? Do you really for one moment think that they are as delusional as you and think a curvy woman on TV is a green pass for them?
Do you really believe that losing 15 pounds is the same as losing 80+ pounds? Do you compare your attitud and. mental status with that of someone who has been overweight for most of his/her life, has been put down and belittled and has very little belief in his/herself?
Do you realize that being a kid in college, you don't have the same lifestyle as a suburban mom of 4 or as a lonely man in a dead end job?

Yeah some do, I see them I'm at my gym. But these type of men are in abundance in the gay scene. I'm spoiled now, if I go straight clubbing I'm just so disappointed visually. Having also been to many Lesbian.. girls only parties I can tell you it's very divers. Yes you have the typical dyke stereotype walking around but there are so many beautiful women in that scene.
