Body Builders, The Stereotypes are wrong!

So I was flicking through a couple questions about training on here and a saw a few comments (from anonymous people, shocker right?) commenting things along the lines of "I do it cause I have a small penis", "I have low self esteem" and "I have anger issues"

Lets put this to bed, those of us that do lift don't fit the stereotype types people give to us.

BodyBuilders, The Stereotypes are wrong!

1) Small penises, well damn I never knew

I lift cause I need to compensate? Um.....No just No, also how would you know bro? Been looking much? we don't train to compensate, not true at all there is nothing below average that we are trying to sort out or anything, well ok yea some guys probably do but that's life.

2) Anger issues?

Yea ok training relieves stress no doubt there but that again is not why we train and we aren't going to burst into fits of rage if we stop training, we only get angry when people curl in the squat rack.

3) Low self esteem

OK minor truth there some guys will train because of this but most of the guys and women that you see training do it to better and challenge themselves not because we have a deep seated hatred for ourselves or something.

4) Low intelligence

We aren't the meat heads society seem to think we are, it's proven that light resistance training increases brain function so yea, suck on that lol.

5) Steroids

While there guys that take steroids that doesn't mean that we all do, the vast majority don't to be fair, don't paint us all with the same brush, I'm all natural and I always will be same with a lot of guys and women

There is no reason for the pictures just needed to add some lol.
