I admire fit people and become curious about their state of mind and discipline
I think fit shamers simply feel incapable of such body management and are showing resentment, maybe jealousy.

shame...
Thats a criticism of your personality or lack thereof.
Sometimes deserved, sometimes not
But fit shaming is not a thing in the least.
They judge our personality based on our physical looks and the way we live. They might think that WE think that we're better than them (which is most often not the case, but of course there are douches out there) because we pick a salad over a burger or choose to go to the gym or go for a run instead of watching a tv-show on the couch, that's where I'm going. Be it whether they're jealous or just ignorant and judgmental, I don't know.
Yeah, i do actually get what you're saying.
i think we should try to avoid putting others
down for their lifestyle choices
I read "fit-shaming" as "fisting" and I was like yes well done fisting is a thing hahahaha
I've never heard of skinny shaming. only among body builders and gym rats, and even then no one really cares.
Fit shaming is seriously horrible cause these people are attacking the fact that we are determined, disciplined and hardworking.
I'm too lazy how to exercise. No need to hide it. I don't need to prove myself anything either.
Well that's good you, not many can admit that to themselves. If people choose not to do anything that's their choise but if it starts to take over their lives and becomes unhealthy that's where I think they should realize it and do something about it.
Well, you can't really force people to exercise.
I know and I'm aware of that, but if ones unhealthy lifestyle take over and one gets obese and get lifestyle diseases it's their responsibility to do something about it. And then they shouldn't come crying and complain about having whatever issues they have when it's their own fault.
nice MyTake, very true said
I see... how sad
Gotta get jacked.
