Heyo it's me here to tell you to not aspire to be a size 0.
Speaking as someone who is that small (and due to my genes, I probably won't even be able to be more than this) it's not as great as it seems.
It's a lot of first world problems like never being able to find clothes that fit always too big, too long, too much waist, etc to the point of of my clothes from children's sections I want them to have a snug fit.
I get a lot of shit about being so skinny and I don't understand why. Women starve themselves to be this skinny, and some of the same people who I know do that, are making fun of me.

I'm not at all saying I'm what anyone should aspire to be. But I also don't like being called anorexic, a skeleton, "freaky thin twig". I hate being told to be "beef up" and that I need to eat more. "Eat a burger", they say because "men don't like bones".
I eat so much, I probably eat more than the average teenage boy, and I can't seem to break 100 lbs. That's no achievement. I want to gain more weight. I'm tired of being called names and people putting there hand around my wrist and going "ew you're so skinny" and I'm tired of my doctors thinking that I'm sick simply because there chart says I'm unhealthy.
I almost had to find a homecoming dress in the kid clothes because the 0 found in juniors was too big (luckily we found another that fit perfectly)
So basically what I'm trying to say is don't aspire to be a size 0 (1,2, etc.) because once you get there's it's not going to be that much better. If going on a diet makes you happy do it. If exercising makes you happy do it. But never do something to compromise your health, not for anyone. I understand some may want to change their weight, and that's okay but I'm just stating that of you get here, you're still going to have problems. People will find ways to make you feel bad about yourself no matter what, and until we find a way to change that we must accept ourselves for the way we are and ignore what others say about our bodies.
