Look at this picture above!! it looks like the most beautiful thing ever....a mom breast feeding her kids!

My other take about milk day inspired me to write this my take about the magic of breast feeding and what makes it so special..... 🌸

Why is breast feeding beneficial to the mom?

It burns extra calories

The mother will lose the extra pregnancy weight much more easily

It lowers the risk of breast cancer

It lowers the risk of ovarian cancer

It will reduce postpartum bleeding

It will lessen the risk of developing diabetes

It reduces the risk of high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases

it will delay the return of the mother's period.

It free!!! contrary to formula(which will make you spend money)

No need to go and warm milk because breast milk is always at the right temperature

Why is breastfeeding beneficial to the baby?

Breast milk is high in beneficial nutrients

It will reduce the risk for the baby to develop any kind of allergies

The baby will be less likely to develop asthma

Since breast milk contains antibodies; this will help the baby fight off bacteria and viruses.

The baby will be stronger

The baby will be less likely to be sick(the longer period the child will be breastfed..the better its

gonna be)

Great take! I did research paper on it, and another benefit is that babies who are breastfed are less likely to require hospital visits.
It's definitely something that should be encouraged in government programs like WIC and food stamps here in the US because it saves us so much money.

Hmmm... my mom gaved me boob milk a lot of time, still i ended a lot of times in hospital. Anemia problems.

Lol good take. I dont know about the most beautiful although there are boobs and babies involved which is all good. But the baby is just having lunch. So its like saying a hot chick is eating a banana is the best thing in the world. Wait... that is actually quite good. Lol kk its beautiful.

Definitely love the Take. I mean that's how nature intended. There is also research on Gut bacteria and breast feeding. It also helps mum and baby bond, because breastfeeding releases high amounts of oxytocin.

I would definitely want my partner to breastfeed our kids.

How ironic? At the city pool earlier today I saw a mom breatfeeding her daughter. I had no issues with that at all, that is what a woman's breasts are for! :-D
