  Don't think about it, just do things. Being a man is almost like a philosophy. Some guys think being a man is abandoning emotion, others think it is about working out and getting themselves in the best shape they possibly can. Some believe that emotions are imperative to success, that they have to be aware of their feelings, keeping them in check. Some men feel that they aren't men, which is often ironic because they already are and feel inadequate.
