@Mysterioustruth I don't agree with all of it, part and parcel, but I think he made an effort to use factual information to make a valid point. It's worthwhile for people like you to learn how it's done.
I dont want to be insulting but the article says a lot without changing the fact that women are smaller and weaker than men on average. Women do make gains when they take testosterone (which a number of women you have pictured obviously do). It is always the exception when a women can compete with men in any sport.
well untrained men are stronger than untrained women but both at the peak physical performance in average people that is (not elite athletes) are about equal in strength and volume as well.
shoot! i shouldv'e added this too, many elite athletes are also not a good way to determine the physical differences between men and women because there is a lot of illegal substance abuse in both men and women in sports.
lol why do you think women can't achieve these gains naturally if men can? their faces dont show any signs of steroid use, no adams apple either. i can show you women with equal muscle mass that have masculine jawlines and adams apples due to steroid use but i dont think these women are on anything, of course you can never be 100% certain.
women are weaker than men because society wants them to be.
also none of the women in these pics have seriously overdeveloped traps, which is a big sign of steroid use.
theoretically if women trained like women and men like men both should be equal even on elite athlete level, but if we look at society we see that women dont live up to their capabilities for some reason.
and I think that reality is the best indicator of actual capabilities and performance. Other than prepubescence There are clearly defined differences between male and female athletes. Woman are shorter, smaller and have less muscle than men. They are also less aggressive then men. I think that we would see more women playing male sports at every level from highschool up to pro if the sexes were even close. Female punters don't count and transgendered wrestlers taking testosterone/steroids don't count either
"lol why do you think women can't achieve these gains naturally if men can?"
^^ dude if you think any of these women are not shooting up a whole cornucopia of drugs, you are willfully blind.
__
"women are weaker than men because society wants them to be."
^^ I sincerely hope you're trolling. Dude... the WORLD RECORD HOLDING female powerlifters -- even with all the drugs that those women take -- are about as strong as the **average** high-school sophomore (≈16 years old) football player in the US. Go look up the numbers.
Almost any (non injured, non handicapped) adult man is physically stronger than almost any adult woman. If you feel like you've experienced otherwise, then, your OWN strength **when you interact with a woman** is probably just psychologically limited (... for the same reason you can't sprint at anywhere near yr normal speed in a hallway with low ceilings). Either that or you were pitted against a woman versed in an art where raw strength specifically ISN'T an
advantage... like judo (where the whole point is to turn the opponent's OWN physical strength **against** him).
The reason I'm going on and on about this, is because, honestly, THIS attitude is much WORSE for women's fitness than simple apathy would be. The women in the pictures (including the possibly-actually-a-man, in picture no 3) are completely unrealistic standards. Holding them up as "natural" goals is EXACTLY like doing the same thing with heroin-chic waif models who weigh 100 lbs at 6 foot. (The same thing is happening to boys, by the way, who are just as gullible and impressionable when it comes to believing that all the **male** instagram fitness boys are "natural", too. Smh.)
@redeyemindtricks The thing is women will buy into this because they have a inferiority complex. They feel bad about themselves so they want to grab onto anything that makes them feel better about themselves. All of what he said just isn't true.

wow! thanks for sharing this post :) <3
His shit wasn't even true.
Good points!
Wow finally a good opinion lol.
He's points where are untrue
Good research. Good references.
That was terrible research nothing of what he said was true.

No information he used was factual! He invented some shit to make his point.
he didn't use ANY facts. you can always find pseudo studies on the net and try and make a point
@applesandoranges22 Truth none of this would ever be part of any study because they are abruptly untrue.
This truly is complete b. s.
Men are stronger than woman.
Those pics are disgusting to me
WTF?
is there something wrong?

is professional athletes are not a good example then I ask you what level of athlete are men and women equal at? high school? College?
theoretically if women trained like women and men like men both should be equal even on elite athlete level, but if we look at society we see that women dont live up to their capabilities for some reason.
