RayvenSkyeFlye

Hey guys, Rayven here with another awesome take. This time it's somewhat personal, As I have been through this, so hear me out.

Every human being is guilty of not drinking plenty of water from time to time. It's common. Fatigue/No sleep is also an issue as well. But what are some of the real issues we face? Well My children, let me explain.

My opinion on Dehydration and Fatigue.

Dehydration can rattle your mind, making things seem as they aren't. Add exhaustion to the mix and sweetie, you have an issue on your hands. Here are some not so well known facts about dehydration and gradual exhaustion.

I am alright-

When you are super dehydrated, and exhausted. Everything seems fine, if you go long enough, the feeling passes and you think everything is okay. Well it isn't. You're basically making it to when you get back into the healthy habit, you'll feel sick again.

The reverse affect-

This one is a bit difficult to explain, basically, when you try to get back into the healthy habits of enough sleep and drinking lots of water, it has the opposite effect. When you drink water more steadily, you get headaches, dizziness and muscle weakness, sometimes even seuizures. With going back to getting enough sleep, you feel just as tired.

Conclusion-

Always drink and get enough sleep. I am sorry the take is so short guys, the next will be longer
