What is this about , well I want to confront people about this body positivist going too far, we so don't get offended or you know what get offended and work on your health I don't mind if you work on it if that is the price!

- You need to workout

Stop acting like that , if you can't run for two minutes without dying or walk up the stairs then you should know that there is something wrong and most likely you don't do any activity at all, now I am not asking you to go and workout everyday

The least you can do is walk for 30 minutes a day !

We are humans , and our bodies are built to move around and work , it is bad that we sit behind a desk all day and can't move around and do stuff.

- You need to eat

This is a huge issue ,most people have bad eating habits like consuming sugars in high amounts or salt, or not eating at all no fruits or vegetables no fish or meat, that is not right you need to eat and keep track of what you put in your body so you can have a better life,more energy and better look.

- You need your own approval

This is what body positivity is all about , you approving your self and being happy I mean does it really matter if you are a bit chubby ? or a bit thin ?

As long as you feel healthy and content with your shape nothing else matters

- Mind positivity

This is a tough pill to sallow , but you need accept what others might have to say to you, they might be right about this if you are a bit over weight or under weight , you should listen to them and take it in a positive way

Why not go for it ? maybe they have a point !

I hope you understand that it eventually for your own health, you don't need to go twice to the gym or even go to the gym at all, you don't need to be perfect or look perfect, the best that you can do is to think in your future and how much it will affect your health to walk those 30 minutes a day, or not to eat your favorite burger everyday , or not to starve your self all day just to look thin.

Wake up , and start living a moderate life
