Shallow question (I know) - weight question?

I am 5'4. I weigh 106 lbs. My measurements are 32-25-32.

I am 16% body fat.

I eat healthy (relatively - I allow myself a sweet every once in a while). I also walk 6 miles a day and I go to the gym nearly daily (with exams it's gotten less) where I run for 20-60 minutes and do core work and some arms.

Question then being...why do I feel so fat?

I look in the mirror and ALL I see is a fat girl. Yesterday I looked in the mirror and saw abdominal definition and toned arms and legs and today I just see a fat lard.

Why is this?

Yesterday I had a six pack. Today, you can see, not so much. :( Why?
