I kinda do. I listen to my music while working out which is obviously a joy. That keeps me motivated to work out. If I actually work out enough then I actually feel good. Makes me feel stronger even though I'm tired after working out. Hmm.. sounds kinda weird like that.

I love and enjoyed doin exercise. specially when you can actually see the results with the sweats you have excess. It was all worth it. But I just didn't get a time to exercise regularly

I love all types of workouts. Sometimes intense cardio is hard to enjoy, but the feeling after a good hard run is the best

Sometimes... I ran 15 miles this week, did a bunch of pushups, and some lifting. I need to get ready for a marathon in February.

Nobody can actually enjoy excercising.. You can enjoy certain activities that exercise the body though like playing tennis. But there aren't many of those activities that I enjoy
