I'm trying to spice it up, so what do you guys suggest I have?
Two branch chained amino acid pills to give me extra energy and let me Lucy mote then normal. Afterward I have another two pills and a whey protien shake this is in addition to my 3 large meals and 3-6 smaller meals day.
I try to eat some carbs if I can before going, and after I take in a lot of protein.
i usually workout fasted. it's just a personal preference, i can't workout with food in my stomach.
post workout, i usually go for eggs, oatmeal, and a protein "frosty". nothing too fancy for me.
Yeah? I can't workout without food in my stomach, I don't do as well. I eat 2 hours before.
I try not to eat right before a workout, last meal around 2 hours pre-workout. After a workout, I'll drink 16 ounces of water.

I eat once a day... always a steak/pork chop/chicken breast and a half can of vegetables
One meat one vegetable and multi vitamins
