All the symptoms of hypothyroidism... without the actual hormonal imbalance, wth?

Slavanna
Ok now, I've been noticing a pattern of dysfunctions in my body for awhile and thanks to the unlimited wisdom and power of Google I've arrived at the conclusion that there must be something wrong with my thyroid. Let's look at the symptoms, shall we?

Fatigue - check; unless I'm on a sugar high, I'm barely responsive
Increased sensitivity to cold - check (used to be able to run around in a tee at 50 F, but now I wrap myself in a blanket at 60 F)
Dry skin - check, to the point of cracking on impact actually
Unexplained weight gain - check, I actually measured that. Turns out I gain weight at 1.5-2x the rate a normal person does (I gain a pound per every 2000 kcal I overeat, instead of 3500)
Puffy face - check (doesn't seem so due to the angle of my profile pic, but trust me, I have a face of a plump kid instead of the relatively slim teenager I am)
Muscle weakness - check, oh how sadly so
Muscle aches - check
Pain, stiffness or swelling in your joints - check
Heavier than normal or irregular menstrual periods - check (irregular up to 7 days, which is odd since I'm not sexually active and almost 18)
Thinning hair - check (I can gather all of my hair in a single pinch...)
Depression - check, at least before I started taking medication for that... the full blown depression didn't come until I got rejected by my crush though.
Impaired memory - oh how very much so. I can study for tests day and night and the result is the same as if I'd studied five minutes. I don't remember the dates, the names, the specific words, I only ever have a general idea of what I've devoted hours and hours to learning.

It seemed pretty straightforward to me at first, so I just ran some tests to get this over with. Then, surprise surprise, it turned out there was no hormonal imbalance at all! I don't get it. Should I ask my mom to run another round of tests? Doctors haven't diagnoses me with anything like hypothyroidism either, so it would seem like it's all in my head...
