So basically I am in a caloric deficit and I walk as an exercise. Everything was going well and I was very happy.
Now for the past couple of days my stomach has become so bloated. It looks huge/ way bigger than it is.
I am not on my period/ haven’t had no reaction to food.
Everytime I push it in it hurts so much.
I have noticed that I’m not hungry anymore. I feel sick with the thought of eating. It puts me off. I also haven’t had a poo in about a week. It’s not constipation.
I am not sexual active- never have been.
If someone can please help me out. I would appreciate that ☺️
