How long does it take to recover from food bloating?

Today I went to a buffet and ate a ton of food and now my stomach feels like it’s stretching. My friend just left my house and I think it’s because I complained about being tired and she thought I wanted to sleep.

I'm easily having a full stomach eventhough I do diet and when there's no bread I only can drink a small glass of water double or big 8 gathering of water and 8 more, every 5 mns.

I only can drink up to 8 small glasses of water everyday!

Every time I'm so full I rest on my chair and after 30 mins digestion and absorption, I pee.

Then cont. resting., my full stomach duration is about 2hrs or a little moreor on my bed 4smtn-6 smtn like earlier and yesterday to rest and fall asleep, but only once a wik.

There a times I fall sleep 10 smtn pm with a full stomach and I get to stop sleeping 10 hrs or 8 or 9...

Well! Ican't eat that much you ate because I can stand hunger than a so full stomach!

I cry out in pain in my mind everytime saying, "Im so full!" 😸
