You are times already but to tighten it up the most.. planks (30 seconds x 3 sets to start until you build up strength for longer). Then do leg raises slow and controlled for 3 sets. And then have you ever heard of an abs roller?

DIY colonic irrigation or enema. Basically when your in the shower unscrew the shower head and put the hosepipe into your anus. Make sure the water isn't too hot or cold. Hold it in place as the water fills you up. Then rush to the toilet to let the water out, repeat until your bowels are completely empty. Be careful as this can be messy espicially if you release in the shower or can reach the toilet in time. This also works as anal sex prep. Clean hose shower after. And be sure to have a real good shower because that shitty water runs down your legs.
I read that cherries can help with bloating but not sure if it is true - to me the idea of eating to get rid of over eating does not make sense but do a google search of cherries and bloating if you are curious.
I don't see any bloating. The only thing I see that might be perceived as bloating is the lining if your abdominal muscles. That's not bloating. Your abdominal muscles are bigger than the muscles surrounding them, so if you have a roughly equal amount of fat on top of those muscles, you'll see a slight protrusion on top of those muscles.
