I would honestly say cardio is your best bet. I'm taking running/jogging/walking or dancing... you can also try sit ups. But that's all my knowledge extends to.

You cannot spot reduce bodyfat, so millions of situps won't do a thing.
Cardio is for improving your cardiovascular system, not burning fat.
Get your nutrition sorted, and start lifting to boost your metabolism.
Stop eating carbs and dairy and limit carbonated and alcoholic drinks. Both aren’t sustainable for most people for long periods of time, but will guarantee results.
