How many times a day would you walk? .?

I walk 3 times a day. With my dog in the morning 1.5 miles , at lunch 1.0 mile, then the dog again at night. other 2.5 miles total 5 miles. (MY DOG is crazy LOVES TO WALK)

I never really walk that much and I don't exactly measure the amount I do walk. I use to have a dog and the problem with him is that he didn't exactly beg to go out the front door and when you have a big dog, they really need the exercise.

My structured exercise is all either weights or running, so I don't have a walking schedule. I do have to go from my main office to another building a couple times a week, probably over a mile each way, so I walk that when I have the time.

I do about that much with my dog every day, but in the Summer I avoid sun so I usually cut out the afternoon walk and make the morning or evening one longer.

I don't really count that as my exercise though, I count it as the dogs lol

Not at all if I'm not shopping or running errands. I like my exercise in different forms than that

When I exercise, I normally run.
But if I don't feel like running or my shin splints are acting up, I'll walk for an hour and a half, so that gets me to around 5 or 5 1/2 miles. Usually in the afternoon.

It depends, I have a lot to do so I walk when it's needed, usually like 2-4 times a day, on weekends I walk little
