What toppings do you put on your nachos?

Tortilla chips come all different flavors now.
-Corn and multi-grain just to say a few.
but I love my toppings for example I am eating right now !!! Mild salsa, with taco cheese blend, multi-grain chips, sour cream, home made chili (that has 5 other beans in it and sweet sausage and tomato sauce)

Over the years I've found really just using several different flavors of cheese is better than putting a bunch of other stuff on it. Black olives for instance are good, but they are so strong that if they are not in small pieces it ruins the chips. Sour cream only works if you have something really spicy on the chips.

What I really like is a stuff called salsa salad. It's like a bunch of red and green tomatoes chopped up and lightly tossed in a vinaigrette or Italian dressing. It tastes really fresh and makes nachos feel more gourmet.

Most stores carry it at the fresh station, like if they make pasta salad or fried chicken.
