You can't spot burn. Fat is going to disappear from wherever it decides to disappear from no matter what you do. That being said, the only exercises you can do that burn a significant amount of calories revolve around engaging the body's largest muscle groups--the quads, glutes, hams, and lats.
Training a particular muscle, such as what you're asking, will only do one of two things, depending on amount of weight used vs. amount of reps performed per set, and the nutrition patterns observed while training: Add size & strength to the muscle, OR train muscular endurance for that muscle group.

Aside from the previous suggestion If all you want is to tone your triceps I suggest swimming, cable pull downs, and dips. Conversely you should do bicep exercises for symmetry. I suggest curls, cable pull ups, and chin ups for that.
Are you trying to not exercise the chest or something? It's weird asking for just tricep tbh.Bench dips. You can do them anywhere, particularly when others aren't looking.
