How do I get rid of those last 10-15 pounds? Would eating strictly fruits and vegetables help?

140 Pounds
Male
20 Years Old
Eats Normally. No Special Diet
Goes To Gym 4 Times A Week
Has A Good Amount Of Muscle, But Not Brolic/Shreded

I Actually Used To Weigh 230 Pounds. That Was A Challenge In Itself, But I'm Finding It Harder To Lose These Last Couple Of Pounds!

Any Tips?
How do I get rid of those last 10-15 pounds? Would eating strictly fruits and vegetables help?
