You can't isolate where you burn fat. If you want to burn the fat and get good abs you will need to focus on your diet first and foremost. That will have the biggest impact. Second you need to consistently do cardio. Swimming is best but anything is good. Look up your fat burning heart rate and focus on maintaining that rate for cardio days. If you do HIIT that's geared more towards athleticism and you'll use more calories in a shorter amount of time. That being said you're more likely to screw up and burn muscle doing that if you're thinking from a body building aspect. That's just food for thought later, do everything for now and get immersed.

When the body is operating on a net caloric deficit, it will burn fat from wherever it pleases (which is different from person to the next), so there is no way to target certain areas of the body for fat reduction. If you want to get rid of the fat on your belly, then you need to be okay with getting rid of fat elsewhere. As such, you should get your body on a net caloric deficit to lose fat around your body, including your stomach, and then switch over to a net caloric gain and do strength training for your chest and arms to get them back to the size you like.
Start running. Running burns fat. Do core exercises to get abs.
Do things like sit ups, crunches, penguins (heel touches), Russian twists, leg lifts, planks, mountain climbers, etc.
And diet. Eat clean and healthy. The weight will fall off.
Is 34 big? I didn't think so; especially if you want so room in your clothes. Well you have to lose overall weight you can't spot reduce. For your stomach to go down, nutrition is the number one key

if you need an abs plan then you need a consistent diet plan and weight lifting plan mixed in with HIIT cardio.

I work mine out 4-5 times a week!Just exercise a lot. drink lots of water. get enough rest. This is just basic and you can do it if you set your mind to it. Hope it helps
