This is my idea so far: Everyday I will eat
a) 2 five inch bowls of vegetable mix at the grocery store
b) 1 five inch bowl of meat
c) 1 five inch bowl of egg tempura mixed with milk
Is this a healthy diet? I chose this because it is cheap and I am eating on a budget.
If I have extra money I will buy fruits such as avocados / strawberries / tomato juice etc...
Do you think I should replace the egg tempura with green leaves instead?
