You will want to do swimming, treadmill and cycling for cardio, you will want to do squats for a fantastic bum and legs, as a girl you definitely want to work the tricep - back of the arm- as this is where people refer to when talk bingo wings and is actually the larger part of the upper arm. Most body parts can be improved with bodyweight only exercises but you can hit them harder and better with equipment.
