I think Victoria Secret Models have a BMI that is on the lower end of the scale, but as others have said its not an accurate measure of physical fitness.02 Reply- +1 y

+1 yI think they're around 17, a maximum is 18.

Definitely too thin. Although I think they even apply photoshop to make them look thinner. I don't understand why they can't just use real models that actually look attractive.127 Reply- +1 y

Someone below said they look "ideal", technically the BMI chart says they're clinically underweight. That doesn't sound too ideal.
Asker+1 ydo you think its possible to go from 21 bmi to 18
- +1 y
Why would you even DO that? They look UNHEALTHY and they ARE unhealthy!
- +1 y
wouldn't wanna be that thin tbh
Rosie Huntley's face is the only good thing tbh - her legs are way too skinny
Asker+1 ybut look better i think
- +1 y
"Look better"? Do you know what looks so much better as someone with such a low BMI?
A premature headstone for the grave. Just be healthy instead, no need to be clinically underweight, lol.
Also, I'm pretty sure these women look better already: 2.bp.blogspot.com/.../...e-swimsuit-guide-2014.png (what the hell is wrong with the world that normal-looking women are "plus sized"? Lol.)
Asker+1 yso you think they look better?
- +1 y
2.bp.blogspot.com/.../...e-swimsuit-guide-2014.png <----- they look better than what I posted in the original answer because Victoria Secret models are disturbingly and obnoxiously thin, the unhealthiness makes me cringe
- +1 y
Damn, can you stop insulting skinnier girls? What the hell. Those women ARE attractive to some people, get over it.
Asker+1 ypersonally i rather thinner look :)
- +1 y
I don't care if they're skinny, but being below BMI 18.5 honestly implies that you don't give jackshit about the fact that your body is pretty much deteriorating. It's called "clinically underweight" for a reason. Who cares if some people have seen too many photoshopped model magazines and have been lonely virgins for so long they haven't even seen a real woman (read: human adult female) outside of their houses? That doesn't make it less unhealthy.
- +1 y
Look, if you honestly want to support natural selection by dying sooner, that's on you.
Asker+1 yI really don't think they are that bad tpe anorexic in and they look far skinner
Asker+1 yYeah totally agree with you girl!:D
- +1 y
@lumos look, if you're not legitimately starving yourself to achieve the lower BMI, then this doesn't apply to you.
- +1 y
well it's hard not to when you see a question that asks, "how do I make myself lose about 20 lbs from my *optimal weight* so that I will look pretty?"
Like, what? People need to have their self-confidence boosted rather than go to underweight BMI.
Of course, it's all about how these girls seem to think that they are likeable and traditionally feminine only if they're under BMI 19, which obviously as it being traditionally gender-dependent strikes a bone with me.
Asker+1 yI have a vmi of 21 and I'm only 5.1 so if i grow i probably could have less bmi, so it seem like you are against thin peole?
- +1 y
I'm 21.3 or something in terms of BMI and there isn't exactly much I could lose, nor do I look fat or anything. I'm not against thin people, I'm against the idea that people should be starving themselves in order to find themselves attractive. Like, how stupid is that? You have your natural, weight set for you, which is luckily in the healthy range of the BMI, so you may as well preserve that rather than try to kill yourself for no good reason.
Asker+1 yyes i understand you! But most media shows this and makes me want this
- +1 y
What for? You probably look perfectly good and attractive already.
Asker+1 yI just wish media made people feel good about themselves not worse
- +1 y
Oh, that's not good for them financially. They want you to feel shit about yourselves so you'll buy the products they have to offer to "fix" that. Watch KILLING US SOFTLY 4 documentary on this matter if you're curious, it's about how the media's advertising campaign about women affects us.
Asker+1 yYeah think i will i do exercise and ab work outs to reduce my vmi of 21 to hope i get lower to first 19 then achieve less i will watch the programme :)

310 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. You can look up their height and weight and calculate themselves. But most of them vary between 16 and 18.
And obviously it's too thin. I mean 18.5 or even 18 is ok, but below that doctors consider you anorexic for a reason.
Tbh if I look at them I wouldn't think most of them are too thing, but they are. Our society has a distorted view on weight on both extremes and I think it's important to realize that12 Reply- +1 y
this one lists a few BMIs along with other things unleashedmagazinenews.blogspot.de/.../...-say.html
Asker+1 yOkay!
+1 yWhy do you care? And what we mostly see is airbrushed nonsense that isn't REAL. I mean it. Read up on that.
01 Reply- +1 y
You're kidding me right? They're real. I'm a photographer and a retoucher. 90% of what they do to make a girl look good is makeup and lighting. A pretty face is nothing without a proper exposure and lighting. Some abs are absolutely invisible without a strong key light from the side, and the right lighting can make a square face seem smaller, or a small face seem bigger, those huge asses you see in p*rn are all shot with wide angle lenses, they don't actually look that big in person but it doesn't mean you wouldn't check that shit out if they walked down the street. Those "airbrush" skin fixes only remove freckles or birthmarks, or the red splotchyness you get when you're cold. Although, on the other hand, people like kim kardashian (who is actually super short and ugly in person) require extensive liquify filters to make her curves more flattering, or dodging and burning to reshape her facial features. But i guarantee with most actual models they're actually that fit.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yThey are too thin. Victoria secret models are a lot skinnier than most guys prefer. They are hired to sell things to women, and not to men. Women that are hired to sell things to men using sex appeal tend to have a higher BMI than Victoria secret models.

+1 yBMI is almost irrelevant since they are always seen in pictures that have been Photoshopped. Most are missing a few ribs and inches off of their legs/thighs so a better comparisonn would be someone who was in a car accident.

+1 yI don't know, but some of them are way too thin and don't look healthy. Healthy is attractive.

Asker+1 yI think its look good
+1 yBMI is meant for populations, not indivduals. Besides, it fails to account for muscle mass, making it overall useless.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yWay too thin. Funny how we think on them it looks attractive and scream anorexic when it's the girl next door.
21 Reply- +1 y
I don't think of them as attractive, I think they look anorexic and wonder if they'll die 20 years earlier due to a lacking diet.
+1 yDon't know their BMIs but they sure are all as skinny as fuck.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yMaybe it's a normal ideal as a teen but past the age of 21(ish) it isn't good to be such a low weight.
Asker+1 yaw okay! I would like to get my vmi down to 18
Opinion Owner+1 yIf you're really set on it, just be careful. You don't need to measure your weight in order to get down to that size, which for most teens is very easy. The visual appearance should be more important than the number if you really care so much. Your health should come first, beauty second.
Asker+1 yokay thank you :)
I think Victoria's Secret girls are pretty healthy looking, at least for model standards. It's the high end fashion chicks that tend to be too thin.

Asker+1 yokay i agree
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI think all of them would look better if they gained ten pounds
