Been fasting for four days now, i'm on a diet (i want to see what Africans feel like). but I have been drinking water is that still fasting?

Woooow! i would suggest you stop that fasting right now! If you are trying to drop the fluffiness I would suggest go on a healthy diet! Eat all vegie and fruits! for every meal small amounts on interval of 3-4 hours. Exercise! Just jog in slow paces or walk fast! It will take time but sure to get that fluffiness out of you!

If you are starving yourself your body will start to adapt to the change and when you want to eat it won't be able to accept it properly and your intestines will shrink as well along with your stomach.

First of, that's racists. You could have easily said third world nations or the less fortunate. Not everyone is Africa is "fasting" or starving for that matter.

Secondly, starving yourself to lose weight doesn't work because you gain it back when you eat. You're suppose to eat better and exercise.
