These have been reported to me as working for one or more of the women in my life.
Hot compress / heating pads / electric blankets
Ibuprofen (motrin, advil) or any other anti-inflammatory
Midol (brand name for several mixtures, mostly acetaminophen aka tylenol)
Chamomile or peppermint tea
Chocolate
Hot bath, or steamroom
Potassium (pills or from several bananas)
Diuretics (makes you pee, can dehydrate you)
Appetite suppressant medications
Benadryl (antihistamine, anti-allergy)

You can place heat pads on your abdomen and/or back.
You can also take a warm bath (bathtub)..

you can do, but I can't get them
out of my head at this moment.. ^.~
Get some chocolate it may sound strange but it helps with the cramps! And try putting your legs up against the wall with your back on the floor. That also helps. WARMTH the area also helps!! Good luck!
Put hot water in a water bottle and place on your lower stomach.
Try taking pain relievers.
Also, exercise has been known to help cramps.
Bananas, midol, birth control. Ibuprofen. If you keep having bad periods, birth control may be an option if it's effecting how you function.

3. Take pain killers - but as last resortTry taking a warm bath/shower or using a heating pad or lay down and massage your stomach. Also avoid caffeine and see it that helps any
