Have you been less active throughout the last few weeks? If yes then that's why you are not as hungry. And not eating enough calories and other nutrients that are recommended you will end up getting stomach pain. It's your brain's way of sending you a sinal that you need to eat more. I know that it's hard to force yourself to eat when you have stomach pain but if you can do it then it will help.
I experienced something similar many years ago and my grandfather explained to me pretty much what I just wrote. Except I had more things involved but that might come later.

Of course, your stomach is getting smaller. Pretty normal when you eat less/dieting.
I get that pain when i dont eat.. Why are you eating less for? Your body is still growing, give it the nutrients that it needs..
The only thing I can think of besides hunger is acid reflux
