I want to lose fast weight from calves and thighs, what should i do.

What you should do is interval training and eat balanced meals. You don't have to stop eating bread, but balance it out. The body needs carbs for energy, so if you go on a carbless diet working out is going to be more difficult. You should eat five times a day, three meals and two snack. Also drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day (note: don't drink 2.5 liters at once, but drink.5 liters 5 times a day). You should eat 9 ounces of complex carbs a day, and example of a complex carb is whole wheat. 6 ounces of protein should be consumed daily and plenty of vegetables. Keeping your body at a balanced level will increase your metabolic speed and will give you energy to exercise. Remember exercising everyday isn't helpful, have at least one day to rest and stretch will be more beneficial than exercising 7 days a week. An example of interval training is (jog for 3 minutes then sprint for a minute and rest for 30 seconds and try to repeat this process 10 times 6 days a week. Also you need to constantly trick your body, so try having at least 3 different exercises so that you can change things up every week. Also have one splurge day and I don't mean eat as much as you want, but eat what you want. Also running is cardio and is mainly to help the heart and lungs, if you really want to lose weight then do weight training and not only for the legs. Both upper body training and lower body training will help you lose weight from your calves and thighs. Hope this helps!

you can do workouts to turn that fat into muscle which is also make that area smaller unless you end up building too much muscle. target that area to turn the fat into muscle when you workout. squats, calf raises, lunges, etc. leg workouts.

from calves/thighs? sorry gurrrl that's not possible, too bad we can chose where we lose fat. When you eat healthy and exercise daily, fat is lost all throughout your body so you must be committed to being active to get to your goal.

Run and bike a lot. Stop using elevators and escalators. Always pick the stairs. Walk or bike more often rather than drives. Do squats in the morning. Stop eating bread.
