I work out every day I run/bike/swimm every day Mondays and Wednesdays I do swimming running and weights. On Sunday I just run and lift weights.
I usually don't exercise. I mean, sometimes I'll start, but it doesn't last for long. It's a shame really. I've fairly overweight and unhealthy. Exercise would do me some good. It'd probably be easier to keep up if I had a partner to do it with.
Yes, I do now. I've gotten back into it after putting on too much weight when my wife passed away. I'm starting to see the weight come off now.
I said E, pretty much every weekday for an hour and on arm day occasionally longer so probably around 6 a week
Every Friday I play 2-3 hours of Ultimate Frisbee and randomly unconsistently lift weights in my house 1-2 days a week
At least five hours of dance per week plus at least eight or nine hours of color guard per week and additional stretching/toning.

I walk and take the bus since I don't have a car. I find that cutting my calorie intake along helps me lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle since I also walk
I work out twice a day four times a week. In the morning I run five miles. After work I usually do my 500 push up, 100 pull ups, 500 sit ups, hit the body bag for three rounds.
i dont work out but i m selected in the football team of my school and we have to play football in school for 3 hours on every weekends. so if that counts then yes;)

I wish I did. I'm skinny enough as it is but I go running in the fall and winter.
4-6 times a week, each session an average of 6-8hours. All weights based.
I used to work out long time ago in my teens age- 20's
I dont work out, because otherwise i won't be able to move my arms/legs for 2 whole months.
I try to get at least 4 hours in per week, approximately 1 hour per gym session, and on average I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week.
I work out every day. Most days at the gym but when not there , riding my bike or walking. On days I don't I just don't feel as good.

Yes I do horseback riding and I usually do about 30 mins-1 hour of pilates. I find it very relaxing
Yes, I workout 5 days a week for about 90 minutes or so each weekday. So that's anywhere from 7.5-8 hours a week.

all these answers are right, i jog and walk instead of drive get my vitamins protein aminos... sleep is so crucial as well
