I easily exceed the 6 hours of exercise a week. Yesterday I exercised 4 hours alone. Tennis and Basketball and then hit the gym about 3-4 times a week, not a muscle head but enough to stay in tip top shape.
Between cardio and weighting I work out more than 6 hours a week. Work out 5 days a week normally up to 1 1/2 hours each workout, sometimes more someetimes less. Health and fitness is important to me.
i exercise a lot, i play a high level of soccer, high level of athletics and i do dance also so with all the different trainings i have to go to, im pree much dead by the end of the week! haha

When I work, I work out. I work hard, and I don't let up until the job is done.
Just got done with a 14 mile hike. 5 grueling hours in, about 6 back out, at night, up a rocky wash, through brambles, got all cut up but so worth it.
I do work out to try to stay in shape. Who doesn't like to see a fit body on the street ;) hahah but anyway. Sometimes I go through these phases where I lose track of my workouts them stop all together cuz those gaps get longer and longer until your super lazy to workout again.
I try not to let that happen so often though. Right now I think I'm looking good.
"Work out' is a wrong term and can mean very different things. It is better to use the term 'physically active'.
People who take the stairs and bicycle are also working out, but because it is a mode of transport will not be included in the 'work out style definition.
When you say working out I presume you mean going to the gym which I would never do. I can't stand gyms with all there fanatics.
I will occasionally go for a run/jog. But I cycle to work and walk most places and have a job that keeps me moving around a lot. I eat moderately and avoid fizzy drinks and most dairy products except milk. Im lucky I have no weight issues and dot have a problem with the slim body I've always had.
Yeah, four days a week right now. Total is probably about 6 hours/week. I run 3-4 miles and then hit the weights. Sometimes I throw in HIIT sessions. The weights I've only done for a couple months, so kinda new at it, but I like it. I stretch a lot too, to keep my flexibility up. Other than that, I bike or walk around town and campus to get where I need to be locally, so guess that counts.
I hate that i don't work out more often, but the problem is i feel self conscious to work out - even in my own home because im not fat - i want to stay fit tho - and if i start exercising my moms gunna be a butt and ask why im working out which makes me feel super uncomfortable and makes me think i shouldn't care about my heath buti do D: all i want is to be toned and i can't do that - too hard
There goes GirlsAskGuys making fun of my condishuns I can't exercise I need to keep my sugars up and if I exercise my body will go into starvation mode. No but seriously I exercise on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do some various other exercises (squats, push ups, weight lifting, and the like) and then the next day I do some yoga and will go for a good bike ride.
I have this nasty habit of working myself too hard physically (basketball, swimming, calisthenics with my resistance band, etc.) to the point that I go into CNS fatigue. Look it up; it's no fun. :-/
If I could learn to pace myself better, I'd be physically able to "exercise" more hours per week. I've done nothing but light walks here and there for the past 2 weeks (while keeping the diet in check).

I work out 3 times a week. If I arrange time, I work out more. But actually I feel quite satisfied with this schedule.

I haven't worked out in like 2 months. :/
I have to get the ass to the gym.
I get my daily activity by playing basketball and going for walks in my neighborhood... I voted C.
I mainly focus on my diet these days.

I wish I could work out more. It would certainly help out with the stress from school and work, I just wish I had more time.
3 or 4 times by week, 2 hours per day.
good enough.
sh*t, so many people surely lying bout this. more than 6 hour per week? ya right
It is really on an off for me. I'll work out for a few weeks in a row and then just quit for months. Doesn't result in much gainz.
I dont know how... I never had to burn fat... now I am becoming fat.. I hate it... I need a personal trainer to motivate me..
easily 15 hours of kung fu a week,
and a few hours of other stuff.
I also try and walk for a good hour and a half per day :)
I work out at least 3-4 hours per week! And i always take staircase! Unless the level is like more than 6!
The most exercise I get is walking home from my bus stop and mowing my lawn every 2 weeks. I know I should work out more, but I'm extremely lazy
