Realistically, if you're not born with skinny legs, you most likely won't ever have them, however, if you maintain a steady diet and don't work out, you could essentially MAYBE make them thinner. I think you should love your body the way it is though. Stop trying to be what people think you should be

You can't target reduce fat. What you'll need to do is have a conversation with your parents (as i did) about how you hate your genetics. You then do some cardio (HIIT) and cut your calories (eat less food).
Ooh hi five! This situation is annoying. I diet and eat 1200 cals a day and about 60+ squats and some other random leg exercises. Probably not the best or fastest way but it's been working slowly. If u want fast results u can go run 3 km a day and your legs will be thin in no time.
I have had that same problem. But I kinda learned to love my body. But if you want to lose weight there. Eat heathy and what I also do is go on runs. That really helps me. or ill just go mowe the lawn. that's a lot og leg work too ;) good luck :)

Exercises? Stick with general weight training with cardio. Can't really target reduce in body part so keeping up with low-carb/caloric deficit diet will overall fat % to go down all over your body.
That is annoying only if you are unable to accept yourself, in which case the error is not the natural structure of your legs, but yourself and your unrealistic expectations.
Do some leg exercises and lose weight at the same time and your legs will become toner and you'll burn fat.
